Working with Messinawholesale has been fantastic for us, we are always amazed by the amount to offer in such great condition. We would recommend to anyone serious about buying in bulk to work with Messina for their long term success.
I’ve been using Messina wholesale for at least two years now. I mainly sell off line so quality, proper vintage pieces, are very important in my shop, and of course hard to find. Along with consistency, honesty and fair pricing, probably the best feature they offer to all their customers is personalisation. Tell them exactly what you want and because they go through so much stock, they’ll find it for you, putting these pieces aside for you as they go. On top of that they’ll add pieces and styles that compliment your brand’s style too. Highly recommended.
Messina Hembry Wholesale has been my go to supplier for over five years, their service is always personalised, professional and friendly. The sheer volume of stock and range of categories they offer is impressive and combined with reasonable price tags it’s the perfect wholesaler for vintage sellers of any size and I couldn’t recommend them enough! :)
I’ve been going to Messina monthly for a few years and they’re the best wholesaler I’ve used. Always lots to choose from, very fair prices and friendly staff
Messina Wholesale is a UK-based vintage clothing wholesaler supplying resellers, market traders, vintage shops, and online sellers with quality-graded second-hand clothing. We sell in bundles and boxes — no minimum account requirements, just create an account and start ordering. Whether you're just starting out or scaling an existing resale business, our stock is sourced and graded to be resale-ready from day one.
All items are hand-inspected and graded before dispatch. We use a straightforward grading system:
Grade A — Items in excellent second-hand condition. Minor signs of age such as light fading or slight bobbling are expected, but no significant damage.
Grade A/B — A mixed grade. Expect a blend of near-perfect pieces alongside items with more visible wear such as small stains or minor marks. Ideal for experienced resellers comfortable sorting stock.
Grade B — Heavier wear. Suitable for resellers who price accordingly or upcycle.
Each product listing clearly states the grade, so you always know what you're buying before you checkout.
We stock a wide range of highly resaleable branded vintage clothing including Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's, Carhartt, Dickies, The North Face, Nike, Adidas. Stock rotates regularly, so it's worth checking back often or signing up to be notified when new drops land.
We dispatch all orders within 2 full working days of payment being received. UK orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch. EU orders are generally 3–5 business days. International shipping times vary — contact us for a bespoke quote.
Orders are packed securely in strong cardboard boxes, clearly labelled, and sent with a tracked courier. You'll receive your tracking information by email once your order has left our warehouse.
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.
We accept return requests submitted within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as received. Opened bales and items that have been sorted through are not eligible for return.
To start a return, email us at hello@messinawholesale.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the goods, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 working days.
All products on Messina Wholesale are sold in set bundle quantities as listed on each product page — typically between 5–100 items depending on the category. We don't sell individual pieces. This keeps our pricing competitive and ensures you're getting genuine wholesale value. If you're looking for a particular quantity or a custom mix, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Every item we sell is genuine pre-owned secondhand clothing — nothing is new, reproduced, or fake. Our stock is sourced from verified suppliers with established supply chains, and all pieces pass through our grading process before reaching your order. If you ever receive something that doesn't meet your expectations, contact us directly and we'll resolve it.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay.
Yes. Many of our customers started with their first wholesale order and built from there. Our bundles are a great way to get resaleable stock quickly without needing to spend hours sourcing. We'd recommend starting with a branded mixed bundle if you're new — it gives you variety and lets you learn what sells best in your market. If you have any questions before your first order, feel free to reach out to our team.
